gopaldo Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the gopaldo website accessible at gopaldo.app and all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services operated by the Company.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform PHP balance associated with a Player's Account, reflecting deposited funds and wagering results.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by gopaldo subject to wagering requirements as specified in applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required under PAGCOR compliance and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. gopaldo reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your age. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and all balances, including any winnings, will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines who access the services in compliance with applicable Philippine laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. gopaldo makes no representation that the services are available or appropriate for use outside of the Philippines.

2.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

You are not eligible to register or maintain an Account if: (a) you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order on gopaldo or any affiliated platform; (b) you are an employee, director, or close family member of an employee or director of gopaldo or any game provider integrated into the Platform; (c) you have previously had an Account terminated for a violation of these Terms; or (d) you are accessing the Platform through automated means or on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on the Platform, you must register a gopaldo Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one (1) gopaldo Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, gopaldo reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending and completed bets in the duplicate accounts, and confiscate any balances.

3.3 KYC Verification

gopaldo is required under PAGCOR compliance and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion of verification.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify gopaldo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. gopaldo shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gopaldo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI InstaPay, BDO InstaPay, and Metrobank PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. gopaldo does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) verification that the withdrawal method belongs to the Account holder. gopaldo processes GCash withdrawals for verified accounts within a standard processing window of one (1) hour from request approval. Actual settlement times may vary due to the payment provider's processing schedule.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on the Platform are subject to AML screening. gopaldo reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where AML or fraud indicators are present. gopaldo will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to gopaldo's acceptance. A bet is confirmed only upon the Platform issuing a valid bet reference number. gopaldo reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or system malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Wallet.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change. Limits may differ between standard accounts and VIP/High Roller accounts.

5.3 Game Results

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for slot and virtual table games, and by real-time physical outcomes for live dealer games. gopaldo does not manipulate game results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Platform's recorded data shall be the definitive record.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility and Terms

Bonuses and promotional offers available on gopaldo are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds conditions attached to that promotion.

6.2 Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Any attempt to withdraw real-money funds while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Abuse and Misuse

gopaldo reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, exploitation of technical errors, or any other conduct that constitutes misuse of promotional offers. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.
• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account without authorization.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, game content, text, logos, and trademarks — is the property of gopaldo or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of gopaldo.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gopaldo's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gopaldo shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages; (b) loss of profits or winnings resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control; (c) any interruption to the Platform caused by maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events; or (d) your breach of any applicable law in your jurisdiction of access.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gopaldo takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by the User

You may close your gopaldo Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and any pending wagering requirements being satisfied.

10.2 Suspension by gopaldo

gopaldo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; or (d) the Account holder is in violation of the age or eligibility requirements.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon closure or suspension of an Account, all pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes where technically possible. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may be forfeited upon termination for breach of these Terms.

11. Responsible Gaming

gopaldo is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your Account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gopaldo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
